Ingredients
  

For the Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage mild or hot, uncooked
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes very well drained
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cups Bisquick or baking mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder optional
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

These sausage balls can be served warm or at room temperature. Adjust the spices to your taste.
