Ingredients
  

For the Batter

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

For the Bananas

  • 2 medium bananas sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in sour cream, chopped walnuts, and sliced bananas.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add chocolate chips or more nuts for extra flavor.
