For the filling

  • 3 cups cream cheese 500 g
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream 150 g
  • 2 tablespoon wildflower honey 50 g

For the decoration

  • 1 cup cold butter 400 g
  • 2 teaspoon Sambuca or vanilla extract as substitute, 10 g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 100 g + extra for sprinkling
  • Raspberries to taste
