Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter for the filling, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over it.
Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 350°F for 25 minutes.
For the frosting, mix cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Spread over the warm rolls.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of milk in the frosting for your desired consistency.
