Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • Optional: lemon zest mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
