Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 20-25 cookies Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Butter melted

For the Chocolate Layer

  • 1 package Chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup Milk for the pudding
  • ½ cup Cool Whip for the chocolate layer
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the Raspberry Layer

  • 2 tablespoons Milk for the raspberry layer
  • ½ cup Cool Whip for the raspberry layer
  • ½ cup Raspberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup of milk, and whisk until thick. Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons milk with ½ cup Cool Whip and raspberries. Spread this mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the dessert to chill overnight for better flavor.
