Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry

  • 10–12 pieces frozen potstickers or gyoza do not thaw
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4–5 pieces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 20 pieces green beans, sliced into thirds
  • 1 large carrot, sliced thin on a bias
  • ¼ cup small diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add potstickers and water to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, carrot, and onion to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water.
  • Pour the sauce over the stir fry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the vegetables according to your preference. Serve hot for best flavor.
