For the Stir Fry

frozen potstickers or gyoza
do not thaw

broccoli florets

carrot, sliced thin on a bias

extra virgin olive oil
For the Sauce

reduced-sodium soy sauce

cup
rice wine vinegar

sugar or honey

teaspoon
grated fresh ginger

cornstarch

tablespoon
cold water
Instructions
Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add potstickers and water to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, carrot, and onion to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water.
Pour the sauce over the stir fry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the vegetables according to your preference. Serve hot for best flavor.
