Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry

  • 10–12 pieces frozen potstickers or gyoza do not thaw
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4–5 pieces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 20 pieces green beans, sliced into thirds
  • 1 large carrot, sliced thin on a bias
  • ¼ cup small diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the frozen potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Pour in the water and cover the skillet. Let steam for 5 more minutes until heated through.
  • Add the mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, carrot, and onion. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • For the sauce, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water in a bowl. Pour over the stir fry.
  • Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made with your favorite vegetables. Adjust the sauce to taste.
