These homemade Pizza Chips are the ultimate quick snack—crispy, cheesy, and full of classic pizza flavor. Made with flour tortillas, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings, they bake up golden and delicious in just 20 minutes. - 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni or other toppings
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray
- Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly on each one.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, leaving a small border.
Add sliced pepperoni or your favorite toppings.
Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt over the top.
Cut each tortilla into triangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange the pieces on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
