Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the crunch topping.
Spread the pineapple mixture into a baking dish and top with the crunch mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
