Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust

For the Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple very well drained
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and thawed whipped topping until well combined. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

Notes

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving for best results.
