Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture over the pineapple layer.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter, then stir to combine.
Pour the cobbler batter over the cream cheese layer.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
