Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the Dough

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor. You can top with whipped cream if desired.
