These Pecan Caramel Chocolate Clusters combine buttery pecans, gooey caramel, and rich melted chocolate into irresistible homemade candies. Easy to make with just a handful of ingredients, they’re perfect for holiday trays, edible gifts, or a sweet snack any time of year.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecan halves raw or roasted
  • 1 cup soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir pecans into melted caramel until coated.
  • Drop spoonfuls of caramel-coated pecans onto baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over clusters.
  • Refrigerate another 20–30 minutes until chocolate is firm.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use roasted pecans for deeper nutty flavor.
  • Cut caramels into smaller pieces for faster melting.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling for a gourmet touch.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature (1 week) or in the fridge (2 weeks).
  • Freeze up to 3 months; thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
