- 2 cups pecan halves raw or roasted
- 1 cup soft caramels
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir pecans into melted caramel until coated.
Drop spoonfuls of caramel-coated pecans onto baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
