Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, peanut butter, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
