  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter or chunky if you like texture
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Assembly

  • 4 pieces chocolate-glazed donuts store-bought works perfectly
  • ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate ganache for drizzling
  • Chopped peanut butter cups for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Slice the chocolate-glazed donuts in half and fill them with the peanut butter cheesecake mixture. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.

Notes

You can use any type of chocolate donuts for this recipe. Adjust the sweetness of the filling to your liking.
