Ingredients
  

For the Peach Syrup:

  • 1.16 lb 2 cups peeled, chopped peaches (about 3 large peaches)
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar or brown sugar, honey, or sugar-free alternative

For the Lemonade:

  • cup lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 3 cups water still, sparkling, or coconut water
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Peach slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves optional
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine peaches, 2 cups water, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until peaches are soft.
  • Let cool slightly, blend until smooth, and strain if desired.
  • In a pitcher, combine the peach syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups water. Stir to combine.
  • Taste and adjust with more lemon or syrup if needed.
  • Serve over ice with mint, lemon, and peach slices as garnish.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • Customize with sparkling or coconut water.
  • Peach syrup can be made in advance and stored for up to 1 week.
  • Blend with ice for a frozen treat or add liquor for a cocktail version.
  • Garnish with frozen fruit for a fun touch.
