For the Peach Syrup:
- 1.16 lb 2 cups peeled, chopped peaches (about 3 large peaches)
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup sugar or brown sugar, honey, or sugar-free alternative
For the Lemonade:
- ⅓ cup lemon juice about 2 lemons
- 3 cups water still, sparkling, or coconut water
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Peach slices for garnish
- Mint leaves optional
- Ice cubes for serving
In a saucepan, combine peaches, 2 cups water, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until peaches are soft.
Let cool slightly, blend until smooth, and strain if desired.
In a pitcher, combine the peach syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups water. Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust with more lemon or syrup if needed.
Serve over ice with mint, lemon, and peach slices as garnish.
