Ingredients
  

For the Donuts

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup peach pie filling, chopped
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Peach Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoon peach juice or milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece. Place a spoonful of peach pie filling in the center and fold over to seal.
  • Fry each donut until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for the cheesecake filling. Mix until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating.
  • Coat the warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • For the peach glaze, mix powdered sugar, peach juice or milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the donuts.

Notes

These donuts are best served warm. You can adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less peach juice.
