For the Sausage Balls

all-purpose baking mix

lb
breakfast sausage (chicken or turkey)

cups
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½
teaspoon
black pepper
For the Dip
1
cup
mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
yellow mustard
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the sausage ball ingredients and mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
For the dip, mix mayonnaise and yellow mustard in a bowl until smooth.
Notes
You can serve the sausage balls warm or at room temperature with the dip.
