Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the onions and slice them into ½-inch rings. Separate the rings.
In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Coat each onion ring with the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Arrange the coated onion rings on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, place the onion rings under the broiler for the last 2 minutes of baking.
