Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces small–medium chicken breasts

For the Coating

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Sauce

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light or heavy cream
  • as needed tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Italian seasoning or oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in a mixture of Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and seasoning.
  • Cook the chicken in the frying pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a separate pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add cream and simmer until thickened.
  • Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.

You can use fresh herbs for added flavor.
