Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and flour to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
These banana bars can be served plain or with cream cheese frosting.
