Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can water use one of the soup cans (10.5 oz)
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 oz
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Dot the top with butter.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

Notes

Serve hot with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
