For the Topping

diced tomatoes

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is cooked through.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked beef mixture, cheese, and diced tomatoes to the egg mixture and stir well.
Place the biscuit or pie dough in the skillet and pour the filling on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Add optional toppings as desired.
