Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
Add the beef broth, macaroni, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until macaroni is cooked.
Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option. Add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
