Ingredients
  

Make-Ahead Seasonings

  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

When ready to serve

  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil see notes
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced, see notes
  • 2 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine all make-ahead seasonings in a small bowl and mix well.
  • When ready to serve, pour olive oil into a shallow dish.
  • Add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese to the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the prepared seasoning mix over the oil and stir lightly.
  • Serve with fresh bread for dipping.

Notes

Use high-quality extra virgin olive oil for best flavor. Adjust garlic amount to taste.
