For the Cake Batter

For the Rhubarb

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter. Add eggs and mix well.
Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
Fold in the chopped rhubarb gently.

Notes
