Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Gradually stir in the milk and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Sprinkle the ground nutmeg on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the custard is set.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
