Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with ¼ cup brown sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Place the mixture in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, ⅓ cup brown sugar, salt, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
