Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping and instant pudding until well combined.
In a serving dish, layer cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
