Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for rolling

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  • Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
