Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
