- 2 cups mini pretzels roughly crushed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips or semi-sweet/dark if preferred
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter optional, helps with melting
- ½ cup chopped peanuts optional, for crunch
- Sea salt flakes optional, for topping
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts (if using).
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture and fold to combine.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
