- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark melted
- Red candy melts
- Green candy melts
- Holiday sprinkles
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt white chocolate or almond bark in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each cheesecake ball into melted white chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
Dip half the bites into red candy melts and the other half into green candy melts while coating is still wet.
Decorate with holiday sprinkles.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set and bites are firm before serving.
