Ingredients
For the Bars

butter

brown sugar
packed

teaspoon
vanilla extract

rolled oats

semisweet or dark chocolate chips

peanut butter
Instructions
Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and refrigerate until set.
Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
