Ingredients
  

For the Bars

  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
