Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add mozzarella cheese and mix until smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
