Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 ounces spaghetti cooked al dente

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  • Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  • Mix in the cooked spaghetti and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and combined.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
