Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
Brush with beaten egg or milk and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar with milk to create the glaze and drizzle over the warm pastries.
