Ingredients
  

For the Beef Patties

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For Assembly

  • 12 pieces mini burger buns or slider rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns)

Optional Toppings

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Sliced red onion
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Burger sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small patties. Cook on a grill or frying pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • While patties are cooking, melt butter in a pan and toast the mini burger buns until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with cheese and your choice of optional toppings.
