  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese

Toppings and Seasoning

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Cotija cheese.
  • Add in the chopped cilantro, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve the esquites warm or at room temperature.
