Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Pita Pockets

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  • Warm the pita pockets in the oven or microwave.
  • Fill each pita pocket with the beef mixture, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
