Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, oregano, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Allow to rest before slicing.
Lay out the tortillas and spread hummus evenly on each. Top with mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
Drizzle with lemon juice and add tzatziki sauce if desired. Roll the wraps tightly and serve.
