Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-Ins

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • cup marshmallow fluff (optional) Optional for extra marshmallow flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until well combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and marshmallow fluff if using.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool before serving.
