Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Return salmon to the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
