Drain the oil and chop finely.

Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in rotisserie chicken and pasta. Cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Add spinach and basil just before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the seasoning to taste. Add more herbs or spices as desired.
