Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the salmon and add the diced mango. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
