Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries thawed, if frozen
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries thawed, if frozen
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups cane sugar
  • 1 – 1.75 oz powdered fruit pectin
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits.
  • Combine cranberries, strawberries, orange, orange zest, water, and spices in a large pot.
  • Cook over medium heat until fruits soften and release juices.
  • Stir in sugar and pectin, then bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  • Seal jars and store in the refrigerator or process for longer shelf life.
