Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cup milk
  • 2 cups corn kernels frozen, canned, or roasted
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix in corn, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
