Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 16 oz Macaroni
  • 8-10 pieces Hard-boiled eggs, chopped Use 10 if you prefer more eggs.
  • 1 cup Chopped celery Finely diced is recommended.
  • 1 cup Chopped onion Finely diced is recommended.

For the Dressing

  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 6 teaspoons Sugar
  • 8 teaspoons White vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow mustard

Seasoning

  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir well to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

You can add other ingredients like bell peppers or relish for extra flavor.
