Ingredients
  

Tuscan Shrimp Base

  • 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Creamy Sauce & Topping

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and spinach wilts.
  • In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Pour over the shrimp mixture in the skillet.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the spices to your taste. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
