Ingredients
  

For the Beef Mixture

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Toppings

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 large bag Fritos corn chips
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Taco sauce or hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, water, refried beans, and butter to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  • In a large serving bowl, layer Fritos, beef mixture, corn, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, green onions, black olives, and lettuce.
  • Serve with taco sauce or hot sauce on the side.

Notes

You can customize toppings based on your preferences. Add jalapeños for extra heat.
